Preformed armor rod is design to protect conductor from pressure stress and abrasion by clamp and electric arc as well, widely used together with suspension clamp and line post insulator. The armor rod is suitable for various bare conductors such as ACSR, AAC, ACS and so on. The specified armor rod is also possible to repair conductor which has less than 25% broken area, the electrical and mechanical performance of conductor can be recover up to 100%.
